What Temerarii Is Doing

1. Full-Scale Marketing & Communications
Temerarii is managing the creation and rollout of a comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategy. That includes SEO-optimized website development, campaign planning, CRM integration, social media activation, SMS and email marketing, and branded content creation.


2. Launching the Digital Marketing Academy
As part of our tech programming, Temerarii is launching the Digital Marketing Academy—a hands-on learning experience designed to teach real-world marketing skills to underserved creatives, entrepreneurs, and veterans. Students will learn everything from analytics to automation, with live projects and mentorship at the center.


3. Operationalizing the Incubator Model
Through SOP creation, membership infrastructure, event flow optimization, and digital booking systems, Temerarii is helping transform the Incubator into a functional business model that supports growth while staying true to its grassroots spirit.


4. Building Revenue Pathways
From developing membership tiers to monetizing content and guiding partner proposals, Temerarii is helping design pathways to long-term sustainability—ensuring that this mission-driven space can scale without compromising its soul.

At the heart of every strong community is collaboration—and that’s exactly what’s taking root at 702 Cincinnati Ave. The Community Incubator is proud to announce an official partnership with Breathe & Rise Collective (BRC) —a faith-based nonprofit committed to conscious leadership, holistic wellness, and creative empowerment. This alliance is more than a programmatic partnership; it’s a shared vision of healing, sustainability, and impact. A Shared Mission, A Shared Home #ProjectCincinnati is the joint effort to transform 702 Cincinnati Ave into a fully activated community hub. Through this collaboration, BRC brings their energy, network, and grassroots presence to help beautify, activate, and sustain the space—turning walls into works of art and rooms into places of transformation. Together, we’re building more than a center—we’re creating a movement rooted in equity, creativity, and leadership. What BRC Brings to the Incubator 1. Community Activation & Events BRC will lead 2–3 donation-based events per month , including sound baths, breathwork sessions, women’s and men’s circles, and youth-focused gatherings. These events will be hosted in co-created spaces throughout the facility—offering access to healing and inspiration for all. 2. Content Creation & Promotion With over 300 active members and an engaged social following, BRC will create co-branded content to promote Community Incubator memberships and programs, helping us reach new audiences and drive long-term growth. 3. Beautification & Design From custom murals by San Antonio Street Art Initiative to wellness-inspired design installations by N2Spaces , BRC is contributing to the look and feel of our shared space with intention and purpose. 4. Community Garden & Sustainability Projects BRC is spearheading the development of a community garden to promote food access, sustainability, and intergenerational connection—working with partners like Gardopia Gardens to bring it to life. Empowering Leadership from the Ground Up In return for their contributions, BRC will receive 8 full-time memberships at the Community Incubator for their admin team, as well as access to co-working and event spaces. We’re also exploring a revenue share model that rewards BRC for driving memberships and co-hosting impactful events. This partnership sets a precedent for how nonprofits and incubators can work together in a values-aligned, mutually beneficial way. Looking Ahead 2025 and 2026 are full of activation milestones: Rise & Radiate Market Flames of Renewal Mixer & Fashion Show Wombmen’s and Men’s Groups Change Yourself, Change the World Festival Holistic Certifications (Breathwork, Sound Therapy) BRC Block Party & Basketball Tournament And a 6-Week “Aligned & Empowered” Leadership Course This is only the beginning. As we expand programming, complete renovations, and welcome more collaborators to the space, the partnership with BRC will serve as a cornerstone of our mission to build an ecosystem of healing, creativity, and innovation.
