Join a network of learners, partners, and employers building real skills, real projects, and real opportunities together.
HOW IT WORKS
Community Incubator membership is about belonging, not buying access. Individuals join as members when they participate in our programs or events. Programs themselves are funded through a mix of grants, community partners, and employer sponsors—so cost is never meant to be the main barrier for learners.
Partners and employers support the ecosystem through program fees and sponsorships, which directly help us deliver instruction, provide scholarships, and open doors into real work.
Learners
Youth and young adults (roughly 14–24) who want AI, digital, and creative tech skills.
COMMUNITY PARTNERS
Schools, nonprofits, and youth programs that want to plug our tracks into their existing work.
EMPLOYERS
Companies that want team upskilling and early access to new talent.

Learner Membership
Learner Membership is free. When you join a course, lab, or cohort, you become part of the Community Incubator network—gaining access to skills training, project work, and employer-facing opportunities as you grow.
- Access to tracks like digital marketing, AI and automations, media, UX/UI, and more
- Project-based learning with portfolio pieces you can actually show
- Events, guest speakers, and demo days with community partners and employers
- Updates about new cohorts, scholarships, and paid opportunities
Membership is free. Some intensives may have tuition, but many seats are scholarship-funded through our partners and sponsors.
PARTNER MEMBERSHIP
Partner Membership is for organizations that want to bring modern AI, digital skills, and career pathways into their own programs. We co-design tracks that fit your schedule, learners, and outcomes—and provide curriculum, instructors, and impact reporting.
- Co-designed programs that plug into after-school, in-school, weekend, or summer schedules
- Access to ready-to-run tracks: AI & Automation Foundations, Digital Marketing & Content Lab, Creative Tech & Media Studio, and Career Readiness & Pathways
- Instructor support, guest facilitators, and training for your staff
- Clear outcomes, stories, and simple metrics you can share with funders and boards
Partner programs are funded through program fees and available grants. We scope each partnership to your goals, budget, and number of learners.
