Our media tracks give learners a practical path into content creation. They plan and produce short videos, audio, and social content, then layer in AI tools to move faster and experiment with new creative styles. Each course is built around real-world briefs—campaigns for local businesses, personal projects, or cause-based storytelling—so every learner walks away with work they can actually show.
We keep the focus on accessibility and expression: helping youth, young adults, and emerging creators see themselves as producers, not just consumers, of media and technology.
What We Offer
Down x Design offers two connected tracks: one to build core media skills, and one to master creative prompting with AI. Learners can take either track on its own or combine both for a full creator toolkit.
An introduction to modern media creation—from video and audio to basic editing and storytelling for social platforms. Learners plan and produce short pieces of content, practice both on-camera and behind-the-camera skills, and learn how media can be used to share stories, promote causes, or support small businesses.

A fast-paced, hands-on bootcamp teaching learners how to “talk to” AI tools for better creative output. Participants practice writing prompts for images, video, copy, and design, and learn how to refine results, build consistent styles, and use AI as a collaborator instead of a shortcut.
